Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Warranty

Every GoGo Ebike comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults in major components under normal use.

This warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include labor costs associated with repairs, installation, assembly, or adjustments performed by third-party service providers.

Please note that damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Returns – Electric Bikes

For online orders, electric bikes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The bike is unused and in new condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
  • The bike shows no signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once the returned bike has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns – Accessories & Parts

Accessories and parts purchased through GoGo Ebikes may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns where the item is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

No restocking fee will be charged for products returned due to verified defects or faults.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
